I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I feel so ripped off and I don’t want anyone else to experience this feeling. There’s barely any range of equipment, the machines are usually out of order and old, the bathrooms were gross as they smelt bad, some had mold and the grossest drinking fountain I’ve ever seen in my life. Not to mention the rude staff who were defensive and sensitive when dealing with, definitely up there with some of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The membership is expensive per week and the tag in key is 60$ right off the bat and they’re actually usually reused. I hope this helps anyone considering this gym to keep looking, there’s plenty of other options.
Nadia customer service and skills is worst and She dont know how to talk with customers. They deleted my review last year one and i put another on again. till when you guys delete the review Its shame on you ‘ THE OWNER of Snapfitness GYM”
Clean and tidy with friendly environment, the video nature walks on the treadmills are one of my favorite aspects
Looks pretty impressive inside the gym and outside, as I’m a newbie to the whole gym scene and whatnot. The equipment looks mind boggling at first but hopefully with the help of staff and other gym goers I’ll be able to get onto it in no time and look forward to my second consultation with the personal trainer that I have been allocated with there tomorrow as well.
