Everything there is old, not very modern. Some rooms have ceiling lights in rooms some don't. A bit further to walk to my destination than other hotels but manageable. Selection of coffee could be better and have always just had white sugar in my rooms and never enough as I am a big coffee drinker.

I’d keep looking if you’re considering booking here. Rooms are very dated, much like an 80-90’s escort meeting place! It’s very dated and needs a refurbishment! It’s handy to the city and that’s about all it has going for it. Overall not a good experience!

Definitely a good modest that beats every other on simplicity and ticking all the basics expected of a good place to stay with family kinda set-up. Special mention of my Korean girl at the reception during late night shift, who is very helpful, patient and attentive to your issues and in resolving them.

Good hotel, clean tidy room, great service and economically price. Great location, very close to Dunedin central. Eating places just round the corner within walking distance.

Was ok. First room we were booked into which had two double beds hadn’t even been cleaned. We were then moved to a room with a double and single. Hoping they were honest and didn’t rip us off and that rooms were same price.
